Joseph Rodriguez

I'm a former news producer who worked at WJAC-TV in Johnstown, PA for two years. Some of my duties included producing nightly newscasts for three different stations with distinct coverage areas. Those include WWCP and WATM.

I've gained valuable skills while producing such as time management, team building and visual storytelling.

 

I graduated from Shippenbsurg University with Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism in 2018.

 

In school, I was a member of SUTV News since 2014. I learned multiple skills such as news reporting, video editing, and social media management.

 

Some of my leadership roles included director, entertainment producer and public relations specialist.  Those positions were vital in teaching me how to work in a newsroom environment. From writing weekly scripts to creating graphics for the entertainment segment.
